Pros:
Quality leather and great construction. Small and very playable for a 13 inch glove. My 12 yr old daughter moved up from a 12 inch and has no problem transfering the ball to her throwing hand.
Cons:
Heavy (1.4 lbs) and takes awhile to break in, apparently trade offs for the build quality.
